  • Every effort will be made to keep all Salon Allure clients grouped as closely together in the hotel as possible. Additional days before or after the show for showroom spaces and/or guestrooms are available for additional costs. Discount rates available - inquire for specific rates if interested.

Room Assignment

  • Salon Allure will be housed together on one floor of the hotel. Room type packages are available on a first come / first serve basis. Studio / Suite Assignments will be made at the complete discretion of Salon Allure Events and the W Hotel South Beach.

Salon Allure Event Program

  • A full color show program will be developed. Every participant will be listed with a brief description of the collection, brand and designer name as well as logo if desired. Advertisement space can be purchased in a variety of sizes and forms for this publication. SA Event Programs will be distributed at the W Hotel during the show and at all Salon Allure Events

Shipping

  • Reasonable package receiving fees will be published shortly.

Payment Form

Methods of payment accepted:
  • Wire transfer payment
  • Company check ($100 processing fee for any returned item)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Credit Card Payments are subject to an additional 5% processing fee.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due by March 01, 2012
  • Balance due by April 01, 2012


  • Please see contact list for appropriate addresses for each entity to be included on each certificate. The policy must include dates from the arrival of materials through load in, show and load out.

Liability Insurance

  • Every participant must maintain a liability policy to protect their staff and guests while at the show. Please submit a certificate of liability showing coverage of no less than $ 1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage. Salon Allure LLC, LAT25 Inc (dba Latitude), 2201 Collins Fee LLC must all be named as additionally insured. Please see contact list for appropriate addresses for each entity to be included on each certificate. The policy must includes dates from the arrival of materials through load in, show and load out.

Showroom Dècor

  • Salon Allure can provide assistance for any custom order for merchandising equipment, additional furniture or dècor as well as a host of other options. Please contact us if you need any additional items or recommendations on where to find something yourself.

Additional Items

  • To improve your show experience, Salon Allure offers a wide variety of additional options from a private cabana group buyer's appointment to a catered outdoor reception for 50.
